Windows Users
If you are a Windows user, it is possible that you can solve your login problems by "telling" your computer that the Pet Portal is a "trusted site." Here's how to do it:
- Click the "Start" button, bottom left of your screen.
- Choose "Settings" and then "Control Panel."
- Double click the "Internet Options" icon.
- A new window will open.
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Click on the "Trusted sites" icon.
- Click on the "Sites..." button.
- Enter the following website address into the "Add this Web site to the zone: "box" https://www.vetsecure.com
- NOTE: Be sure to include the "s" in "https://" of the web address.
- Click "Add" and then click "OK"
- Click "OK" on the Internet Properties window.
- It is recommended that you shut down, then "restart" your computer.
- That's It. You're done! Try logging in to Pet Portal again.
