My name is Debbie Ruby. You may have seen me or my Shih Tzu, Annabelle, walking around the clinic.
My first exposure to Sierra Veterinary Clinic took place when I was raising and showing Miniature Schnauzers. I had known Dr. Luckars as a fellow bicycle club member, and it seemed natural that I would be a client here.
My family came to Stockton to raise tomatoes. I never thought I would find myself working in a Veterinary Clinic. My area of expertise is in accounting. I started out as a bookkeeper for Sierra Veterinary Clinic in 1992, and I am now the Hospital Administrator.
During that time I have seen the clinic go through tremendous transformations. Each year we bring new products and better equipment to provide the highest quality of medical care. Our team really strives to provide excellent customer service.
On a more personal note, I am very proud of my family. My youngest daughter works outside our area in the Veterinary field as a technician and a behavioral trainer. My other daughter is a teacher in our community, and also the mother of my three grandchildren.
In my spare time, I participate in community service and other activities. I really enjoy participating in events with my church. I am also a member of The Chamber of Commerce Welcoming Committee. I read avidly, and I am expanding my photography skills. At home I have an organic garden and I enjoy cooking. I also like to travel.
Mostly I want to convey, that I am here to assist you and your pet. Please feel free to contact me with any problems, concerns, or questions. My door is always open. I would love to meet all of you and your pets. Annabelle’s favorite thing is to greet each and every one of you.
